Somerset Village was envisioned as a large-scale retirement living precinct integrating residential accommodation, wellness facilities, and community infrastructure within a walkable environment.
The masterplan was structured around pedestrian-focused courtyards that encourage daily social interaction while maintaining privacy and comfort for residents. International retirement community precedents and wellness-driven living models informed the spatial framework.
