North Star Hotel involved the strategic repurposing of a neglected beachfront property into a 7-room boutique hospitality asset.
Structural limitations, coastal exposure conditions, and budget parameters required a disciplined adaptive reuse strategy. Rather than treating constraints as obstacles, the project reframed them as drivers of character and efficiency.
An integrated technical review of the existing structure enabled cost-conscious decision-making while maintaining operator requirements and market positioning.
