One Tufnell
Adaptive Re-use
Project Overview
Commercial Adaptive Repositioning | 4,400m²
One Tufnell transformed an existing residential property and expansive grounds into a phased commercial environment for a consulting and incubation firm in the technology sector.
The brief required the creation of a strong architectural identity while enabling operational continuity during redevelopment. A phased occupation strategy was implemented, allowing portions of the project to generate income while later stages progressed.
Material selections and façade interventions were carefully balanced against performance, daylight management, and programme logic.
