Little Tuscany involved the repositioning of a boutique hospitality asset into a mature lifestyle residential estate within an established neighbourhood.
The opportunity required extensive investigation into senior living requirements, service integration, and long-term operational sustainability. Working across more than one hectare of centrally located land, the project evolved into a coordinated proposal for 178 units supported by concierge, dining, care facilities, and landscaped communal environments.
