Instill Flagship Campus
Adaptive Reuse Education
Project Overview
Adaptive Reuse Tertiary Education Campus | 1,630m²
Instill Flagship Campus involved the adaptive reuse of an existing office floor within the Johannesburg CBD to create a contemporary tertiary education environment.
The project responded to the growing demand for private higher education institutions and focused on creating a collaborative learning environment that supports both formal teaching and flexible student interaction.
Large open floor plates allowed the campus to integrate traditional lecture spaces with coworking-style learning environments that encourage discussion, collaboration, and interdisciplinary engagement.
