Forty-Seven Regency is a purpose-built commercial development located within the Route 21 Business Park. The project required a strategic design response due to challenging site conditions, including an elevation difference of nearly two metres between the property and the main access road.
The building was initially conceived to accommodate a tyre fitment centre while maintaining flexibility for future tenant conversion. This required a careful balance between operational functionality and long-term adaptability.
