Most independent reviews in this market come from one person, with one professional lens, looking at one part of your project. An IIR is delivered by all three NEXT Group partners at once, on the same project.
Reviews architecture and design alignment: is the design still true to the brief, and to what can actually be built?
Reviews technical resolution and buildability: does the documentation hold up once it meets a site and a contractor?
Reviews cost and commercial assumptions: where the numbers came from, and whether they still hold.
An IIR is never delivered by a team already appointed to the project under review.
That independence holds at every scale.
Every review, at every value band, is delivered by all three partners. The band reflects the scale and complexity of your project. It is not a measure of how thorough the review is.
A fixed fee, fixed duration diagnostic of what's available and what's actually going on. If you instruct us to proceed within 14 days, the full fee is credited against your capped review.
Once scope is confirmed, we agree a fixed, capped fee in writing before work begins. If new information expands the scope, we agree a variation with you in writing before continuing.
A written report, with findings and recommendations kept clearly distinct. A verbal walkthrough is available on request.
